  • I just wanted to notify you of the service I recieved today on getting the oil changed and wash of our chevy tahoe today. Great Service. Everyone was friendly and professional. There were smiles on the faces of the men working in the bay area. They were awake and ready to do their jobs. Everyone seems happy in doing their jobs and they all worked together. Our tahoe was soooooooooooooooooo dirty I even hated the thought of going to the automatic wash because I knew the money would be wasted as it would not be clean when done. We have never had our vehicle look so bad, but with the weather and then just the pace of holdiays and schedules it never got clean. I had meant to get in and have it done in Dec but just was not possible. When I drove off today the tahoe shined as it did when we drove it off the dealers lot several years ago. Thank you so much for your friendly and clean atmosphere. And for the great workmanship that was displayed. Great job, thanks. Not everyone takes the time to say Great Job, but I wanted to ensure you knew. thanks

  • Mrs. Lyman-Onkka contacted American Honda Motor Co. praising our Service Department..Mrs. Lyman-Onkka accidentally locked her keys in the trunk of her 2007 Civic. She arrived at Carmack Honda at 5:15pm; 15 minutes after the Service Department had closed. Parts Manager Benny Barnes and Technician Jeff Pichon provided excellent Customer Service by reassuring Mrs. Lyman-Onkka that everything yould be resolved quickly. They made a duplicate key to open the trunk and the customer was able to retrieve her keys. The customer was able to continue with her trip by 5:30pm.

  • Gary, I wanted to take the time to drop a line to share my exceptional experience with Benny, one of your service employees. I recently had a new battery installed in my 2002 Honda Civic EX. As you are aware, my radio then needed to be reprogrammed with a privated code. I purchased my Honda through a private party sale and was not able to contact the seller for the code. After calling several places that were not willing to help me, I was connected with Benny. He went out of his way to find the necessary information, contact Honda to retrieve my radio's code and then contact me at my employer. Since, I did not purchase my auto from Carmack, I feel this service was over and above what was necessary. Benny was effiecient, more that pleasant and quick to respond to my needs. I am sure Benny will be the first person I contact in the future for my auto service needs. Having worked in the financial service industry all my life, I am well aware of the impact that good service has on return business and bottom line.

One the trip to your office I told Deena that you looked like another Cox auto sales lot that we were not even stopping, but as we pulled up I realized that you were a dealership not a seller of junk. The truck you picked was just what we were looking for. I appreciated the fact that you let us look at other trucks and were willing to let us find something that we would like and it turns out you had already made the right choice. Thank you for your time and efforts in securing the loan finding the right truck and just being someone that we will recommend to other people. We found a young couple that could not afford a care and were very much in need of one so we gave the Chevy Caprice to them. It was a good car and will last till the are able to afford another.
